When we are in a social gathering the question that is first asked is "what line of work are you in?" After replying "Insurance" I follow up with "State Farm Insurance". My next response is "My wife is also a State Farm Agent". But more important I'm a father to 5 children. My career at State Farm has given me the opportunity to balance home and work successfully.

Before starting my agency I attended night school at Macomb Community College and Northwood University while working at the Detroit Free Press as a Teamster.

After receiving a B.A. from Northwood University in 1988, I was given the opportunity to start my own business at State Farm.

I am proud to have serviced Richmond and the surrounding areas since 1991. During these years I have been awarded the Legion of Honor in Life, Millionaire Club Qualifier, National Convention Qualifier, Health Hall of Fame, Bronze Tablet, Silver Scroll and Gold Honor.

Since my children are almost grown I have more time for the projects that have been waiting. My love of classic cars is still there and I now have time to enjoy them.

The awards are all great but nothing tops the satisfaction and the pride I feel when I see my children and grandchildren succeed.
